1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FieldCert Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. The service is provided by Four Knots Consulting, LLC ("Company"). If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service Description
FieldCert Pro is a SaaS platform for generating, managing, and documenting NETA-compliant electrical test procedures. The platform includes AI-assisted script generation, equipment tracking, calibration management, and report generation.
3. Professional Responsibility
AI-generated test scripts are tools to assist qualified NETA-certified technicians and engineers. All test procedures must be reviewed by a qualified professional before field execution. The Company is not responsible for testing outcomes, equipment damage, or safety incidents resulting from use of generated scripts without proper professional review.
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all test data, equipment records, and reports you create using the platform. The Company may use anonymized, aggregated patterns from approved scripts to improve the AI generation engine, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
