1. Information We Collect

FieldCert Pro collects information you provide directly: name, email, company, NETA certification level, and test data you enter into the platform. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: provide and maintain the service, generate test scripts and reports, improve the AI script generation engine (using anonymized, aggregated patterns only), communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Security

Test data, equipment records, and calibration information are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We implement role-based access controls and tenant isolation to ensure your data is only accessible to authorized users within your organization.

4. Data Retention

Test records and reports are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years, consistent with NETA testing documentation requirements. You may request data export or deletion at any time.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic (Claude AI) for test script generation. Equipment-specific data sent to the AI is processed per Anthropic's data usage policy and is not used to train AI models. We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for database hosting.
